Training Ride 2/2/12

Week over!  It takes a lot out of me to do these 4am rides, so each Thursday when I finish I get a great sense of accomplishment.  Today's ride was rather foggy inland and cool, but warm and clear along the shore.  Nothing really noteworthy.
