Midmorning snack

1/2 Fresh Market Turkey and Swiss on whole wheat sandwich
strawberry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

Banana

  2. A whole avocado is like 200 calories give or take. When the soup itself is only 100 calories it's not bad at all.
