Breakfast and Lunch 6/2/11

Good morning.  A Thursday and I won't be riding.  I'm not used to this.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries
flax seed oil

Midmorning Snack

Banana

Lunch

Southwestern vegetable soup with avocado and fat free sour cream

Afternoon snack

Strawberry greek yogurt
