Hot one this morning. I worked. I pushed it pretty hard, and my legs felt great. I could easily have done a century this morning and felt fine. Just one of those great rides. In fact, my eyes are burning right now from the salt of my sweat. That's the mark of a good summer ride. I snapped a self-portrait of me on Indian River Drive in Sebastian around mile 24.
