Took the TT bike for a spin to close out the week. Nice little warm up, then a 6 mile simulated TT followed by a long cool down. My TT speed was almost 25mph which isn't bad considering I haven't been doing any dedicated time trialing at my lactate threshold in a long time. Just means my overall fitness is at a really high level. Also my MCLs are still killing me and I'm on an ibuprofen regimen to make the pain stop, so my time is especially good in that light. If I had knees that weren't on fire, I'm sure I could easily TT at the mid 25's.
