Training Ride 4/4/11



First ride of April and it was a tough, tough ride.  Grueling winds.

Good morning.  Nice ride planned for today.  Back to my usual breakfast routine, as well.

Good evening.  First day back on the calorie counting tip and it was fun as can be.

12oz steamed broccoli

After a weekend vacation where I ate everything that wasn't nailed down, it's time to get back on the grind.  I'm sure I gained a pound or two this weekend, but I'll burn that sucker off in no time.

Good morning peeps.  Lunch is going to be super busy since I have errands to run before I leave for Chicago tomorrow morning so might as well get this out of the way now.

15 raw almonds
