Breakfast 4/3/11

After a weekend vacation where I ate everything that wasn't nailed down, it's time to get back on the grind.  I'm sure I gained a pound or two this weekend, but I'll burn that sucker off in no time.

2 cups Eat Right Oat cereal
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk

Total Calories: 550
Diet Quality: 7
