Breakfast and Lunch 3/30/11

Good morning peeps.  Lunch is going to be super busy since I have errands to run before I leave for Chicago tomorrow morning so might as well get this out of the way now.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana

Lunch

1/2 Freshmarket Turkey and Swiss on whole wheat
1 strawberry greek yogurt
15 raw almonds

Afternoon snack

1 medium banana

Total calories: 1,245
