Breakfast and Lunch 5/11/11

Hey all.  Super busy again.  Nice long ride ahead of me tonight too.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1/4th cup oatmeal with cinnamon

Lunch

Chicken tortilla soup
Blueberry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

Banana
