Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner 5/2/11

Ultra busy day at work.  Might as well knock this out in one shot.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

Nature's Valley Fruit and Granola bar

Lunch

Chicken Tortilla soup
strawberry greek yogurt
Afternoon snack

Banana

Dinner

10oz grilled chicken
12oz sauteed broccoli straws

Dessert

1/2 cup steel cut oats and cinnamon
1 cup blueberries

Total calories: 1,995
