1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

Avocado and Brown Rice rolls with low sodium soy sauce

Afternoon snack

Dinner tonight for my sister's bday.  I have a feeling the dessert will be cheese cake.  Good thing I plan on riding before that...
