Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert 5/5/11

Woohoo.  Good morning.  Going to knock this out all at once and then go on my afternoon ride.  

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries
flax seed oil

Midmorning Snack

Nature's Valley Fruit and Nut Bar

Lunch

Chicken Tortilla Soup
black cherry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

Banana

Dinner

10oz grilled chicken
12oz sauteed veggies

Dessert 

1/2 cup Steel cut oats
1 cup blueberries

Total calories: 1,995
Diet Quality: 29

So that's what a total day's food intake looks for me.  Not too shabby.  Damn, I eat heathily!
