Lunch, Dinner, and Dessert 5/16/11

Good day.  Nice easy day with no work.  Lots of cereal!  <3.

Post-ride recovery meal

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries
flax seed oil

Lunch

Chicken tortilla soup with fat free cheese and fat free sour cream

Afternoon snack

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup blueberries

Dinner
10oz grilled chicken
12oz sauteed veggies

Dessert

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1 cup blueberries
