Breakfast 2/14/11

Good morning.  Busy day so I'm going to lay out everything before dinner to save time.

Breakfast is...

2 cups Kashi Crunch cereal
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Midmorning snack is...

1 medium Banana

Lunch is...

2 cups Chicken Tortilla Soup
30 raw almonds
6oz Chobani Vanilla greek yogurt

Afternoon snack is...

Caramel Kashi Crunch bar
