Dinner 2/17/11 and Training Ride

Hey all.  Had a really good ride tonight.  Going to do the hills Saturday so I did bridge repeats to warm up legs up for some climbing.  Then I ate.

I made stir fry again, and it was delicious.

5oz grilled boneless skinless chicken breast
6oz sauteed veggies
1 cup brown rice

Total Calories: 500
Diet Quality Score: +7



Like I said, it was a fun ride. Lot's of people jogging on the bridge, but that's normal. What wasn't normal was how most of them were in shape.
