It's time for lunch for sure.

1 cup Campbell's Chicken Tortilla soup
1 kashi protein and fiber bar
6oz vanilla greek yogurt

Afternoon snack...

1 medium banana

  2. I haven't tried it yet. If they have it at Pub I'll check it out. Chobani is the best I've had, but Oikos was on sale so I got a clutch of it last time.
