Lunch 2/10/11

What up peeps.  Rain rolling in this afternoon with a cold front, so no bike this evening most likely.  It's lunch time!

1/2 Fresh Market Turkey and Havarti sandwich on whole wheat
6oz Chobani Greek Yogurt
30 raw almonds

Afternoon snack is:

Kashi caramel protein and fiber bar
