Not going to have a ton of time to post today so I'll get as much in as I can.

midmorning snack

Lunch

Freshmark Turkey and Swiss Sandwhich
6oz Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Afternoon snack

Peanut butter crunch cliff bar
