Dinner and Daily Summary

Hey all.  Long day.  Even though it was a short race I left it all out there and I'm exhausted.  With another race tomorrow I need to rest and recover.

1/2 Freshmarket Turkey and Swiss Sandwich
6oz Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
28g Raw Almonds
14g Unsalted Peanuts

Diet Quality Score: +4

Total Calories Consumed: 2,110
Exercise: 65 Calories
Diet Quality Score: 22 (about as good as it could be without easy access to fruits and veggies)
