Breakfast 2/11/11

Good morning all.  New eating strategy.  More calories in the morning, less dessert before bed.  Trying to avoid feeling hungry during the day.

Breakfast is...

2 cups of Kashi Crunch
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup of blue berries
Flax Seed Oil

Mid morning snack: Banana

Total Calories: 655
