BReakfast and Lunch 2/22/11

Good morning.  Busy day, so I'll lay it out now in case I run out of time.

Breakfast is...

1 whole wheat bagel toasted
1 slice fat free cheddar cheese
1 cup v8 fusion juice
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

6oz Chobani vanilla greek yogurt

Lunch will be...
2 cups Chicken tortilla soup
30 raw almonds
Kashi protein and fiber bar

Afternoon snack will be...

1 medium banana
