Breakfast 2/17/11

Good morning.  Slept for 11 hours last night.  Must have needed to recharge.

Breakfast this morning was...

2 cups of Kashi Crunch Cereal
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Flax seed oil

Midmorning Snack:

1 medium size banana
