Breakfast 2/19/11

Good morning!  Bright and early as promise.  Awesome day of cycling ahead of me.  So I'll need a big breakfast.  

Breakfast is...

2 cups Kashi crunch cereal
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup fresh blue berries
Flax seed oil
