Breakfast 2/3/11

Another day!

Breakfast is a repeat as I try to use up my Blueberries before I go out of town...

1.5 cups of Kashi Go Lean cereal
.5 cups of fresh blueberries
1 cup low fat milk
1 Flax seed oil capsule

Midmorning snack will be...

6oz Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
