Breakfast 4/5/11

Good morning.  I am insanely sore this morning.  That ride yesterday was harder than I thought.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana
