Breakfast and Lunch 4/8/11

Looks like a busy day at work.  But maybe a chance to get out early and start the weekend off early.

Breakfast

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

midmorning snack

30 raw almonds

Lunch

2 cups chicken tortilla soup
blackberry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

1 medium banana

total calories: 1,260
diet quality: 21
