Breakfast and Lunch 4/25/11

Good morning all.  Hope everyone had a fun weekend.  Back to the grind.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

30 raw almonds

Lunch

Avocado sushi roll (brown rice, avocado, carrots, cucumber)

Afternoon snack

Banana
