Breakfast and Lunch 4/7/11

Good morning.  Looks like a busy day at work coming up.  How fun!

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana

Lunch

2 cups chicken tortilla soup
Pomegranate greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

30 raw almonds

Total calories: 1,260
Diet Quality: 22
