Good day peeps.  Insanely busy day at work.

Breakfast

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

Banana

Lunch

1/2 Freshmarket Turkey and Swiss on whole wheat sandwich
blueberry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

30 raw almonds

Total calories: 1,240
Diet quality: 19
