Breakfast and Lunch 4/14/11

Sorry for the lateness of this post, but this week has been busy to say the least.

Breakfast

2 cups kashi crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

Pomegranate greek yogurt

Lunch

2 cups chicken tortilla soup
45 raw almonds

Afternoon snack

Banana

Total calories: 1,320
Diet quality: 22
