Breakfast and Lunch 4/27/11

Hola.  Hopefully tomorrow is a better day than yesterday.  

Breakfast

2 cups kashi crunch
1 cup blue berries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

30 raw almonds

Lunch 

Chicken tortilla soup
blueberry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

Banana
30 raw almonds
