Breakfast 3/11/11

Good morning.  Going to bike commute into the office, as is my Friday tradition.  Should be fun as always.

2 cups Kashi Crisp cereal
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack...

1 medium banana
