Breakfast 3/4/11

Good morning.  Didn't sleep so hot last night.  Too much nervous energy.

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

30 raw almonds

Total calories: 750
Diet Quality: 9
