Dinner and Dessert 3/16/11

Sup?  Had a good ride and a good dinner.  Going to race on Sunday, 62 flat miles, weather looks good.  I think I'm in good shape and should do well.

Dinner: 

3oz Whole Wheat Penne
4oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 cup pasta sauce
dash Parmesan cheese
3oz sauteed asparagus with minced garlic

Dessert:

2oz blue corn tortilla chips
7oz black bean salsa
6oz vanilla greek yogurt
