Dinner and Dessert 3/18/11

Good evening.  Despite how long the day was, I am in a good mood.  Going to bed early because I'm exhausted from the week.

Dinner:

4oz boneless skinless grilled chicken breast
6oz sauteed veggies
1 cup brown rice

Dessert

2oz blue corn tortilla chips
7oz black bean salsa

Total calories: 840
