Breakfast 3/2/11

Breakfast.  Looks like a busy work day, always good to fuel up.

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

mid morning snack:

6oz vanilla greek yogurt

Total calories: 710
Diet Quality: 10
