Breakfast 3/25/11

Good morning.  Friday and it will be a busy one at work.  Going to commute in on the bike to get some enjoyment out of it.

Breakfast

1 cup vanilla oatmeal
1 cup v8 Fusion juice
flax seed oil

Midmorning Snack

1 medium banana

Lunch

2 cups chicken tortilla soup with fat free sour cream
blueberry greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

45 raw almonds

Total calories: 1,200
Diet Quality: 20
