Breakfast and Lunch 3/18/11

Good afternoon.  Sorry for the late posting, things have been crazy.

Breakfast:

2 cups Kashi crisp cereal
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana

Lunch:

2 cups chicken tortilla soup with sour cream
45 raw almonds

Afternoon snack

1/2 cup of kashi oatmeal

Total calories: 1,330
Diet Quality: 18
