Breakfast 3/14/11

Good morning.  It's breakfast time.  Going to bike into work as is my custom on Monday and Friday.

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana

Total Calories: 700
Diet Quality: 11
