Breakfast 3/21/11

Back at work.  Boo.  After such a fun weekend it's hard to go back to the grind but what can you do?

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana

Total calories: 700
