Breakfast 3/20/11

Race day!  Up early and getting my act together.  Should be a fun event though the forecast says lots of wind.  We'll see how it goes then.

2 Cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning/pre-race snack

1 medium banana

Diet Quality: 11
