Breakfast 3/13/11

Good morning.  Time change happened last night, and while I've been looking forward to it for ages, it has me all jacked up.  Going to do about 40 miles today.

2 cups Kashi crunch cereal
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana

Total calories: 700
Diet Quality: 11
