Breakfast 3/23/11

Good morning.  Long day at work ahead today, and a pretty hard ride planned for the evening.  I'll be happy when it hits 8pm and I'm in my PJs and have dinner in front of me.

2 cups Kashi Crunch
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 medium banana
