Breakfast 3/15/11

Good morning.  Some good weather on the forecast today, and since I'll be riding after work (thanks DST) I'll enjoy it.

2 cups kashi crunch cereal
1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack:

1 medium banana
