Rainy day, no bike commuting for me.  Boo.

2 cups chicken tortilla soup with fat free sour cream
1/2 ounce tortilla chips
1 cup v8 fusion juice
flax seed oil

Midmorning snack

1 banana
5oz Blueberry skyre
