Breakfast 3/6/11

Eating when you're not at home is rough, and really tough to keep up a similar diet quality.  The most important rule is that when you have access to a good, healthy meal to take it.  When you're traveling you might not have the opportunity to eat healthy again soon, so take advantage of the situations you do get.

Breakfast:

1 Trader Joe's granola and fruit bar
1 cup v8 fusion juice
1.5 cups Trader Joes Banana nut cluster cereal
1 cup fat free milk

Midmorning Snack:

1/3rd cup cranberry granola trail mix

Total Calories: 830
Diet Quality: 11
