DInner and Dessert 3/23/11

Hard ride today, burned a few calories.  Ate some food. 

Dinner

4oz grilled chicken
6oz sauteed veggies
1 cup brown rice

Dessert

2oz blue corn tortilla chips
7oz black bean salsa
1 medium banana
6oz vanilla greek yogurt

Total calories: 1,065
Diet Quality: 12
