Daily Summary 3/10/11

Hey.  Today was pretty good considering I spent 8+ hours of my life working.  Made some money through my labor, rode my bike, and ate some good food.  Not shabby.

Can't beat a perfect diet quality score and a 300 calorie deficit when you're trying to shed fat, can you?
