Breakfast and Lunch 3/17/11

Good morning.  Another busy day at work.  Going to do 30ish miles after work.

Breakfast:

2 cups kashi crisp cereal
1 cup blueberries
1 cup fat free milk
flax seed oil

Midmorning Snack

30 raw almonds

Lunch

2 cups chicken tortilla soup with fat free sour cream
1 muscle milk light
vanilla greek yogurt

Afternoon snack

1 medium banana

Total calories: 1,320
Diet Quality: 20
