Dinner and Dessert and Daily Summary 3/6/11

Bringing the day to a close.  Like I said, it is hard to stay on track when you're traveling, but it can be done.  I didn't bother trying to run a caloric deficit, I'm happy just to break even when traveling.

3oz baked ziti
6oz garden salad
1 slice garlic bread

kashi protein and fiber bar
